Our Thought Leadership Process is easy to achieve in just 3 simple steps.

Step 1

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be paired with an account manager, and you’ll have an initial phone call to go over all the set-up procedures. This includes gathering logos, branding materials, fonts, topic lists, and your overall goal with the series. Once we have all these materials, depending on the package level chosen, we’ll develop your backgrounds, title bars, and other graphic elements to be used in your videos.

If you’ve chosen our script-writing add-on, we can start hammering out those scripts right away. If not, we can provide you with a special form to help guide you in writing a camera-ready script that will sound great and be on-point.

Simultaneously, we help you develop a shoot schedule that best fits your needs. Two days before your scheduled shoot date, we’ll need your script, so we can have it loaded and ready. Prior to your shoot, your account manager will go over tips and best practices, such as what to wear, and what not to wear, and a few other things.

Step 2

On the day of your shoot, we’ll have everything prepped and ready for your arrival. When you come into the studio, we’ll tweak the lights, adjust the mics, lightly powder your face, run through the script on the teleprompter, and start rolling.

You’ll be working with one of our talented directors, who will help coach you, and get your best on camera. We’ll run through the script several times, until we all feel like we have it “in the can.”

Step 3

Once you have completed shooting, we’ll take all of the raw footage into our editing bays, and start polishing it up. We do some tweaking to make sure that you look, and sound, your best. If you have a text and graphics package, we’ll put that into your video at this time.

Turnaround time on a video will typically be up to a week. Once it’s finished, we’ll send you a downloadable file or an embed code, so you can put your video to work for you.

Additionally, we’ll send you a best practices “cheat sheet” on how to best implement your video. If you’ve chosen a package with our analytics reports, we’ll send you a detailed monthly report of activity, and viewer data.

After that, sit back, sip on a lemonade, and enjoy the fruits of our labor.
