The Beach House video that we created for our client Donald, is a very special project to us. Donald is the owner of an amazing private vacation rental beach house on the beautiful island of St. Thomas situated in the Caribbean within the US Virgin Islands. The house sits on a bluff like a tree house nestled in a tropical paradise. The house is impressive as it boasts a main house and separate cottage but the most impressive feature is the completely private sandy beach and cove that stretches below the house. With a staircase leading down to the beach much to the liking of the Swiss Family Robinson tree house, you enter pristine private beach that stretches over 700 feet!!

This beach house is truly a piece of heaven here on earth. Our job was to capture all the beauty, as best we could, and piece it together in a virtual tour of the house and beach to give potential vacation renters a detailed view of the layout of the house and all it has to offer. We captured all the footage of the house, beach and island ourselves (tough job). We edited the video, placing in music and color correcting the video. Once the video was completed we developed an initial marketing strategy with Donald. The video was properly optimized and placed on YouTube and several other sites to increase exposure.

After we had finished filming the video, Donald shared with us that due to the downturn in the economy in 2009 he had to seriously consider selling the property. Not being fans of that option, we worked very diligently to ensure that the video was edited and marketed very well. Since completing his video, we optimized and placed it in several different areas. The video has been viewed over 3,500 times on several different sites. The biggest result was a substantial increase in reservations for the beach house and selling his beautiful house is no longer an option.
